About the Role We're looking for motivated Civil Carpenters to join active infrastructure and commercial projects throughout North Auckland. This role involves a mix of structural carpentry, formwork, and concrete preparation on busy civil worksites, offering steady hours and a great team environment. Benefits

- Monday-Friday full-time work

Duties
- Building and assembling formwork for concrete pours
- Constructing foundations, retaining structures, and civil components
- Measuring, cutting, and setting out carpentry work
- Assisting with concrete placement and stripping
- Using a range of carpentry tools confidently and safely
- Working alongside civil workers, operators, and site supervisors
- Maintaining compliance with construction safety standards
Skills and Experience
- Experience in civil carpentry or large-scale construction
- Skilled at formwork, boxing, and concrete preparation
- Ability to interpret drawings and follow site instructions
- Confident using power tools, hand tools, and site equipment
- Valid Site Safe (or willingness to obtain)
- Full New Zealand working rights
- NZ driver's licence
- A reliable team player with a strong safety mindset
