About the role We're looking for motivated Labourers to support a range of commercial construction projects throughout Tauranga. You'll be part of a skilled and supportive team, gaining valuable onsite experience while contributing to high-quality builds across the region.
Benefits
- $24-$28 per hour + 8% holiday pay

Duties
- General labouring, site tidy-up, and debris removal
- Assisting tradespeople and site managers
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating basic tools and machinery
- Supporting day-to-day construction activities
- Upholding and following all health & safety procedures
Skills and Experience
- Prior labouring or construction experience preferred
- Confidence using basic hand and power tools
- Valid Site Safe (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid New Zealand work rights
- Full NZ driver licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication
