ALH is kicking off a brand new project with a valued client starting Monday 16th January and we're looking to build a strong crew of Civil Operators for a long-term project with consistent work.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating civil machinery such as excavators, rollers, dumpers, and loaders
- Assisting with general civil construction works as required
- Working closely with supervisors and site crews to meet project deadlines
- Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment
- Following all health & safety procedures on site
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant civil operating experience
- Appropriate licences and endorsements (WTR / Class 2-5 an advantage)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Own transport preferred
