About the role

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Class 2 Civil Construction Labourer to join our team in a temporary capacity.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support civil crews delivering water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and building a long-term career in civil construction.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with civil construction works including trenching, pipe laying, and site preparation
• Operating Class 2 vehicles and supporting plant operations
• Labouring duties such as digging, lifting, backfilling, and general site support
• Working around live services including water and wastewater networks
• Maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance *Supporting your crew to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

About you

*Full Class 2 driver’s licence (WTR endorsements highly advantageous) *Previous experience in civil construction, drainage, or infrastructure preferred *Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour *Strong commitment to health and safety *Reliable, hardworking, and a team player *Willing to learn and develop within the industry
