Description
The RoleWe're seeking General Labourers to support our field collection team in Fielding. You'll work outdoors alongside a driver, travelling to farms to collect and load containers (pallets of colostrum) before unloading them at our depot's cold store. This is a physical, hands-on role that suits someone reliable, physically fit, and happy to work in all weather conditions.
While the primary role is assisting as a vehicle passenger, you must hold a full NZ driver's licence, as some shifts may require you to drive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-farm collection of containers, ensuring safe handling and loading.
- Support unloading into the depot's cold store.
- Work closely with the driver to ensure smooth, timely collections.
- Follow all safety procedures on-farm and at the depot.
Shifts Available:
- 7 am - 5 pm
- Shifts across Monday - Sunday
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

You'll Need:
- Full NZ driver's licence - Confident driving when required
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting 25kg+.
- Ability to work in an outdoor, farm-based environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ check.
- Ability to pass a medical assessment
