About the job:

We're looking for a versatile and eager person to join our team of everyday heroes in New Plymouth!

As a Reinstatement Technician, you will work on roads, footpaths, and reserves after maintenance work has been completed by our water and wastewater teams. This may include laying concrete, epairing road seal or relaying pavers and clearing drains - no two jobs are the same!

What you'll need:

• A full class 1 drivers licence, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic
• To be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role, such as labouring, is advantageous but not essential
• A health, safety and quality focus at all times
• Physically fit to undertake work
• Willingness to learn!

Experienced or not, we are looking for the right people, with the right attitude, to take on this opportunity. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain some experience within the water industry and star their careers with Citycare Water!

All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer's satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
