Access Scaffolding is on the lookout for reliable, motivated crew members to join our growing team. Whether you’ve already got experience as a Leading Hand/Spannerhand or you’re just getting started as a Trainee Scaffolder, this is a great chance to build a solid career in a growing industry.

About the Role

Working out of our yard, you’ll be on a mix of job sites — from private homes to commercial builds and major infrastructure work. We use Ringlock, Tube & Clip, and Mobile Towers, so no two days are the same. What you’ll be doing:

• Helping set up and dismantle scaffolds
• Loading and unloading trucks and moving gear on site
• General yard work and scaffold-related tasks
• Working at heights (with full training)
• Following site instructions and being part of a team that works hard and looks out for each other

You’ll work under experienced scaffolders and learn the ropes on-site. There’s always an opportunity to step up and take on more.

What We’re Looking For

• Leading Hands able to run sites and crews - with tickets
• Spannerhands with solid on-site experience – ticketed or not
• Labourers or trainees with a good attitude and strong work ethic
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
• Driver’s licence is a bonus (but not essential)
• Site Safe or other tickets? Great – if not, we’ll sort it
• Must be able to pass a drug test and legally work in NZ
