About the Role We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Waterproofer to join our dynamic team based in central Auckland, working across the greater Auckland region and on projects nationwide. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in their workmanship and is ready to step up, leading teams on-site, mentoring apprentices, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven waterproofing experience (liquid & torch-on membranes preferred)
• Strong TPO knowledge and experience
• Ability to run a team and lead by example on-site
• Experience training and mentoring apprentices
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Great time management and organisational skills
• Physically fit and safety-focused
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude Fall Arrest and Site Safe experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

What You’ll Need

• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
