About the Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the face of our site—ensuring seamless weighbridge and cashier operations, supporting customers with queries, and promoting a safe, solution-oriented workplace. This is more than a desk job; it’s a critical role where your communication skills, accuracy, and drive to improve the customer experience will shine.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform weighbridge and cashier tasks with accuracy and efficiency
-Deliver exceptional face-to-face, phone, and email customer service
-Support the team with customer inquiries, data entry, and ticket processing
-Maintain excellent cash handling and product grading practices
-Contribute to site safety, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
-A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
-Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and handling cash
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environment
-Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
Required Skills -Experience in the metals or recycling industry (Not essential) -Customer Service Administration Experience -Cash Handling Experience.
