Sales & Installation Coordinator

About the Role SP Blinds is a fast-growing industry leader looking for an adaptable Sales & Installation Coordinator to join our Auckland team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will assist both our sales and installation teams. No previous blinds or construction industry experience is required, as full, comprehensive training is provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales enquiries primarily within the Greater Auckland area as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Respond to client queries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Prepare accurate quotations and pricing proposals using the company CRM system.
• Prepare detailed and accurate job orders for the manufacturing team following site measurements.
• Schedule and carry out physical blind installations for clients.
• Program automation systems for motorised blinds.
• Support and manage online sales enquiries throughout New Zealand.
• Coordinate final product dispatch and delivery logistics.
• Assist the installation team with site measuring, installations, and automation programming as required.
• Provide flexible support to the wider sales and installation teams across New Zealand where needed. Skills & Attributes We are looking for a reliable individual with a "can-do" attitude who possesses:
• Basic hand tool proficiency and confidence using simple electrical tools.
• Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face customer service.
• Strong organizational capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and the ability to consistently meet project deadlines.
• A reliable, customer-focused approach with a strong team work ethic.
• A genuine interest in technology and learning how motorized blinds operate.
• A valid, clean New Zealand Driver's Licence (essential for site visits). Eligibility All applicants must have a valid legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
