About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Stores, Fleet & Equipment Coordinator role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to make a real impact.
Manage procurement, delivery, and handover of vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with financial and approval processes Oversee acquisition, leasing, and replacement of fleet vehicles; provide staff inductions for new or replacement vehicles Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet statutory and Omexom requirements (COF, WOF, certifications, risk assessments) Organize and monitor fleet maintenance, repairs, and inspections; maintain maintenance plans and compile monthly reports Maintain up-to-date vehicle and equipment databases, including calibration, testing, and compliance records in Hilti OnTrack Track calibration intervals, arrange calibrations, and ensure all test equipment is labelled and documented appropriately Manage storage, movement, and quarantine of equipment and stores; ensure proper organization and segregation of out-of-test or end-of-life items Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
Qualifications and Skills
Relevant experience in fleet, equipment, or asset management. Additional training in business administration or systems management is advantageous. Thorough knowledge of commercial vehicles, equipment, and store operations. Strong understanding of statutory regulations and compliance requirements for fleet and equipment. Proficient in digital asset management systems (e.g., Hilti OnTrack) and general computer literacy. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Sufficient technical knowledge to liaise with suppliers, service providers, and regulatory bodies. Class 4 and/or Forklift license is advantageous.
