We’re on the lookout for a solid Working Foreman to join a busy civil crew working across a range of projects around Auckland. This is a hands-on role you’ll be leading the crew on site but also getting stuck in with the work when needed. You’ll be someone who knows how to keep things moving, get the best out of the team, and make sure the job gets done properly and safely.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading crews on civil sites day to day
- Working alongside the team on the tools when needed
- Reading plans and helping with set out
- Keeping jobs running to programme
- Managing plant, materials, and site coordination
- Making sure health & safety is being followed
- Reporting back to supervisors / project managers
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Working Foreman or strong Leading Hand
- Solid background in civil (drainage, 3 waters, earthworks etc.)
- Class 2 license + WTR endorsement
- Confident operating heavy machinery
- Good with people can lead a crew and earn respect on site
- Reliable, switched on, and takes ownership of the job

- Ideally looking for someone living in South Auckland or nearby
- Some travel outside Auckland when required
