Window Film Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Window Film Sales Representative to promote and sell window film solutions to residential, commercial, and automotive clients across Auckland. The role is primarily sales-focused, involving on-site consultations, product recommendations, quoting, and customer relationship management. The position also includes supporting the delivery of sold products, including coordinating and assisting with installation and removal of window films where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend suitable window film solutions (solar control, privacy, safety, and automotive films)
• Promote and sell window film products and services to residential, commercial, and automotive clients
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and sales proposals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities, referrals, and repeat business
• Achieve agreed sales and performance objectives through professional customer engagement
• Coordinate and support the installation and removal of window films as part of delivering sold products
• Maintain product knowledge and clearly explain the benefits and features of window film solutions
• Gather customer feedback following completed sales and installations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales, customer advisory, or sales representative role (building products, automotive products, or technical sales preferred)
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Reliable, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
• Experience with window films, automotive tinting, signage, or related products is an advantage
• Comfortable attending on-site appointments, including working at heights when required

Location: Based in Wairau Valley, servicing the Auckland region. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand or be eligible for an Accredited Employer Work Visa.

This is a level 4 ANZSCO role: Occupations at Skill Level 4 have a level of skill commensurate with one of the following:

NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or AQF Certificate II or III. At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances, relevant experience may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
