We are looking for multiple Leading hands in both Taupō & Kawerau

About the role: This is a hands-on Leading Hand Scaffolder role responsible for leading site crews, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring scaffolding works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will act as the main point of contact on site, working closely with clients and internal teams while leading by example on safety, productivity, and professionalism.

About you: You’re an experienced scaffolder who enjoys leading others and taking ownership of site outcomes. You set clear expectations, communicate well, and support your crew to perform at their best.

You will bring:

  • A relevant scaffolding qualification / experience
  • Current Certificate of Competency (CoC)
  • Proven experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory capacity
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and develop crew members
  • Confidence communicating with clients and site management
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
