We are looking for energetic and friendly team players with excellent artistic skills and a professional manner. We require a skilled professional tattoo artist/piercer. We believe in excellent customer service and provide the best artwork to our customers with top-level professional advice that no other tattoo shops can match.

One full-time position is available with 30 working hours weekly.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a tattoo studio environment Strong portfolio of recent work, presentable in both hard copy and online formats Ability to perform custom and walk-in body artwork competently Good people skills and a pleasant personality Flexible with working hours Willingness to promote work on social media Tasks / Duties

Assist clients to select suitable designs and resize or adapt images Clean, shave, and disinfect the skin Draw bespoke designs freehand, either on transfers or directly onto the skin Follow tattoo designs using electronically operated needle bars to pierce the upper layer of skin and insert ink pigments Decorate, adorn, or modify skin areas permanently or temporarily using tattooing techniques or body piercing with jewellery and other bio-compatible materials Insert colour and shading Apply cream and dressings to keep tattoos sterile and prevent infection Advise clients on tattoo and body piercing aftercare during healing and beyond

Number of Position available = 2 Employment type : Permanent full time ( Minimum 30 hours per week) Region : Rotorua ( Bay Of Plenty) Hourly Rate ($25.00 Per hour to $30.00 Per hour) Experience = Minimum 2 year of Experience.
