Description
We are looking for a capable Level 2 Intermediate Scaffolder to run residential scaffolding jobs from start to finish. This role involves planning, erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding, completing weekly checks, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. You’ll be expected to take ownership of jobs, work well within a team, and communicate clearly on site. There is opportunity to upskill and grow into other areas of the business for the right person.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 2 Intermediate Scaffolder
- Experience mainly in residential scaffolding
- Self-starter who can work unsupervised and take initiative
- Ability to plan and execute jobs
- Competent completing weekly scaffold checks
- Willingness to upskill and learn other areas of the business
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Good communication skills on site
