Description
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong management skills from any trade, construction, industrial, or manufacturing background. You’ll coordinate teams, plan daily and weekly work, support staff, and work closely with management to keep jobs on track.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and coordinating crews’ day to day
- Planning work, setting priorities, and allocating resources
- Ensuring jobs are ready to start and run efficiently
- Supporting staff and addressing issues early
- Maintaining strong health and safety standards
- Communicating progress and risks clearly to management
What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Background in trades, construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Organised, practical, and calm under pressure
Formal trade qualifications are not essential — strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills are what matter most.
