Tattoo Studio Manager
THB IDA Limited is seeking an energetic, friendly, and professional Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, top-quality artwork, and expert advice that sets us apart from other studios. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 40 working hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $35.00.
Requirements: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
2 years of management experience and 1 year of tattooist work experience, OR A management diploma with 1 year of tattooist work experience, OR Any bachelor’s degree with 1 year of tattooist work experience
Additional Skills: Strong understanding of tattoo studio workflows and hygiene standards Ability to perform small and simple tattoo tasks confidently and safely Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven leadership and staff supervision abilities Strong organisational and administrative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day tattoo studio operations
- Recruit, coordinate, and supervise tattooists
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, sterilisation, and health & safety regulations
- Oversee pricing, bookings, client flow, and customer service
- Manage customer service, inquiries, and complaints
- Manage inventory, supplies, and stock levels
- Prepare staff rosters, and monitor staff performance
- Post promotional activities using social media updates
- Perform minor/simple tattoo work occasionally (approx. 10% of work hours)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly professional studio environment
