Truck painter/prepper

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Painter / Prepper to join our busy workshop team. This role involves preparing and refinishing trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles to a high standard while working in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities Preparation of trucks and heavy vehicles for paint

Sanding, masking, filling, priming, and panel preparation

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Identifying defects and ensuring high-quality finishes

Working efficiently to meet production deadlines

Assisting with repairs and refinishing work as required

Skills & Experience Previous experience in truck, automotive, or industrial painting/prepping

Knowledge of paint systems and preparation techniques

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Forklift licence or heavy vehicle experience advantageous but not essential
