Foreperson Painter - Tauranga
Have you got painting experience and are ready for your next challenge?
OneStaff Tauranga is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Foreperson Painter to oversee and complete multiple projects in the Tauranga region. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is a competent painter and a proven leader, able to work to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of painters on site
Plan and organise daily tasks to meet project deadlines
Carry out painting duties as required
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Communicate progress and issues effectively with management
What We're Looking For
Trade Qualified Painter or experienced painter
Full and current driver's licence
Experience in leading a team
Physically fit and able to carry out painting duties daily
Ability to work to plans and deadlines
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
