We’re a small, tight-knit crew that takes pride in doing things properly – and we’re looking for one more experienced professional to join us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver high-standard interior painting, plastering, and drywall finishing across residential and light commercial repaint projects
• Prepare and paint exteriors to a finish you’d be proud to put your name on
• Confidently colour-match to existing paintwork
• Manage your own time and run jobs independently through to completion or deadline
• Be the professional face of the company on-site – liaising with clients and coordinating with other trades as needed
• Contribute to a team culture built on quality, respect, and getting things done right

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’re someone with genuine pride in your craft. You have a minimum of 5 years’ trade experience, you can work unsupervised without cutting corners, and people enjoy having you on-site.

• Proven track record as a painter and decorator (5+ years)
• Solid knowledge of plastering techniques, paint types, and surface preparation
• Strong communication skills and a warm, customer-first approach
• Current, full New Zealand driver’s licence
• Physically capable of handling equipment and materials on-site
• Comfortable using cloud-based job management software for scheduling and time tracking
• An enthusiastic team player who can also thrive working independently
