THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking motivated, hard-working Abrasive Blasters & Industrial Painters to join our full-time, site-based teams in Queensland, Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for New Zealand-based tradespeople looking to build a long-term career in Australia, working on high-profile projects in diverse and challenging environments.

ROLE RESPONSBILITIES *Participate in daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety processes *Comply with all site safety requirements (JHAs, SWPs) *Set up and clean up work areas *Conduct equipment pre-start checks *Operate compressors, generators, and blasting equipment *Perform surface preparation (manual & mechanical) *Install containment systems (encapsulation, drop sheets) *Operate abrasive blasting and high-pressure water equipment *Mix and apply industrial coatings to specification *Use QA tools (e.g. WFT gauges, weather meters) and record data accurately *Maintain tools and equipment

WHAT YOU'LL BRING Essential Skills You Have: *Strong communication skills *Driver’s licence (or ability to obtain an Australian licence) *Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain) *Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Desirable Skills You May Have: *Trade qualification *3+ years’ experience in industrial blasting & painting *Knowledge of coatings, blast media, and QA processes
