Experienced Painter We are seeking experienced painters for ongoing residential and commercial projects across Hamilton. If you’ve got a strong eye for detail and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you. Location: Te Rapa, Hamilton Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $30–$34 per hour (depending on experience), paid weekly About the role: You’ll be working across a mix of residential and commercial sites, handling a variety of painting tasks from prep through to finishing. This role suits well-rounded painters who are confident across different environments and project types. Key duties:
- Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and masking
- Cutting in, brushing, and rolling to a high standard
- Interior and exterior painting across residential and commercial sites
- Assisting with spray painting where required
- Maintaining clean and tidy work areas
- Working efficiently within a team to meet deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years’ proven painting experience
- Confident in prep, cutting, brushing, and rolling
- Experience across residential and/or commercial projects
- Spray experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable with a solid work ethic
- Positive attitude and team player
- Full, current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
