About the Role: We are looking for skilled and motivated Drainlayers/Drainage Workers to join our growing team. You’ll be involved in installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems and watermains across residential, commercial, and civil projects. The work is varied, hands-on, and offers plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of stormwater and wastewater drainage systems
- Installation of watermains
- Operating plant and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Reading and working from plans and specifications
- Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in drainage, watermain, civil, or construction work (qualified or working towards a Drainlaying Licence is a plus)
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (WTR or Class 2 an advantage)

Please note before applying: This is full time work only, must be able to commit to Saturday work. Unfortunately we are not able to assist with AEWV variations. Not looking for subcontractors. Must reside in Hawkes Bay to be considered.
