Truck Driver - Class 4 or 5

Candidates with class 5 are preferrable however if you have a Class 4 and want to work towards Class 5 we will consider this for the right person!

You will be operating 6-wheeler tip truck (Mitsubishi Fuso) & plant trailer, assisting our drainage team by

• Cartage of product to & from sites
• Transporting our 14ton & 5ton diggers, as well as other plant equipment between jobs
• Bulk water deliveries to our own jobs and the public when requested
• Some manual labour when required from time to time

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Excellent health & safety knowledge & awareness
• Experience driving in tight places, on & off the road
• Experience driving a Bulk tipper trailer
• Be capable of loading diggers on to the truck with ramps
• An excellent manner with people especially customers with a can-do attitude
• Fit & capable of a small amount of manual work when required
• Have pride in your personal presentation & the equipment you drive
• Class 4 or 5 licence with knowledge of NZ transport laws & logbook requirements i
• A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical & police check
