The OpportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Roofer to join a motivated team delivering projects to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where you’ll use your technical skills on a variety of roofing jobs while supporting team productivity, quality workmanship, and safe work practices.
You’ll work closely with supervisors, clients, and teammates to ensure projects run smoothly and meet company standards and values - Dependable, Proud, Family, Growth, Energy.

Key Responsibilities
*
Complete roofing work including replacements, installations, repairs, cleaning, and spraying
*
Deliver high-quality workmanship across residential and commercial projects
*
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets
*
Support apprentices and junior team members when required
*
Maintain strong relationships with clients, site managers, and suppliers
*
Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures
What You’ll Bring
*
Proven roofing experience (qualified or certified preferred; LBP a bonus)
*
Strong technical knowledge of roofing materials and systems
*
Reliable, organised, and quality-focused work ethic
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
*
Full Class 1 licence
*
Able to pass pre-employment drug and MOJ checks
Days & HoursMonday–Friday | 7:30 am – 5:00 pmOccasional Saturdays as required
