National Operations Centre (NOC) Operator - Auckland
We're FIRST Security, one of New Zealand's leading security providers. We're looking for a National Operations Centre (NOC) Operator to join our Auckland-based team in a critical 24/7 operational role.
About the role
Full-time position (40 hours per week) across a24/7 roster (days, nights, weekends) Dispatch, assign and monitor field service requests nationwide Support Field Officers and contractors in real time, including virtual two-up support Triage inbound customer calls and resolve issues efficiently Accurately log events and incidents in line with SOPs and customer frameworks Escalate incidents, performance or health and safety concerns when required Work across multiple systems including call-handling platforms and Microsoft Office
About you
Experience in customer service, call centre, dispatch or monitoring environments Calm, organised and confident in high-pressure situations Strong communication skills with high attention to detail Able to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously Comfortable working flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation High level of integrity and confidentiality Able to pass Police / Ministry of Justice and security vetting
