Earnings & Package $90,000 – $120,000 Base (OTE-focused structure) Typical structure: Base Salary: ~$100,000 Commission: ~$30,000+ (based on ~ $300k GP) Vehicle / Phone / Super: ~$20,000 Total Package Value: $150,000+

What You’ll Be Doing

• Selling CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm solutions
• Growing new and existing client relationships
• Leveraging your network to create opportunities
• Working closely with our technical team to ensure quality delivery
• Building long-term partnerships, not one-off deals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales success (security industry preferred)
• Strong relationships, contacts, or an existing client base
• Comfortable selling value, not just price
• Self-driven, accountable, and commercially sharp -NZ resident with a full NZ driver’s licence
