About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Patrol Officer across Christchurch region!
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Patrol Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out scheduled patrols, conducting property inspections, responding to alarms, and ensuring the overall safety and security of client sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular mobile patrols to deter criminal activity and identify potential security risk
- Respond promptly to alarm activations and site incidents
- Complete accurate reports and maintain clear communication with the control room
- Engage professionally with clients and the public while representing Armourguard’s values
- Ensure vehicles, equipment, and uniform standards are maintained at all times
Mandatory Requirements: To progress through the recruitment process, applicants must consent to and meet pre-employment checks, including:
- Driver’s Licence, Credit, Ministry of Justice Criminal History, and Immigration checks
- Current residence in the Auckland region
- A clean, full New Zealand Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)
- A current Certificate of Approval (COA)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
