Security Camera Installer

Spy Tower supply solar powered security cameras and alarm systems to the residential, commercial and civil building industries during the construction period.

This position is based in Christchurch, and may require travel to other towns in the Canterbury region.

General tasks include:

• Installing solar powered security cameras and alarm systems
• Dismantling and collecting security cameras and alarm systems from sites when required
• Carry out maintenance of security cameras and alarm systems on site
• Building and maintaining cameras in the workshop
• Assisting team members in the workshop when required

Key Qualities:

• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised as this position involves a lot of time working independently
• Embody a ‘can-do’ attitude
• High level of attention to detail
• Dependable and accountable is a must
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects
• Team player with a positive problem solver attitude
• Approachable and able to forge and maintain solid working relations with clients
• Clean driving record and possession of a full New Zealand driver's license
• Must hold a current work visa to work in New Zealand

Experience in security cameras and alarm systems not needed as training provided, however any relatable skill and qualifications are an advantage. This a salaried position.
