About the Role We’re on the lookout for reliable and customer-focused Security Guards to join our team in Hamilton. This role offers flexible, rotational shifts across Monday to Sunday, with opportunities to grow and develop your career in security. We are looking for people with enthusiasm, a passion for doing things well, who care about people - clients and co-workers and who want to make a difference. You need to be willing to learn, communicate well and be able to work well as part of a team.

• Pay rate starting at $28.95 per hour
• Permanent rostered hours
• Get paid to travel!
• Night shifts or weekend day shifts available Duties:
• Providing a strong security presence to ensure safety on site
• Delivering excellent customer service and communication
• Monitoring and responding to incidents as required
• Conducting patrols and maintaining site security
• Following health and safety procedures at all times What you’ll need:
• Be 18 years or older
• Officer must have their own reliable transport to get themselves to and from a rural location in South Waikato located near Te Awamutu and Putaruru. Travel allowance included for every shift.
• A clean criminal record
• Be flexible and available to work across a range of days
• Must be well presented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• NZ/Australian citizenship or a valid NZ work visa
• A current COA is preferred but not essential — we can help you obtain one
