We’re now growing our team and looking for a proactive, customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join us in the Central Auckland region, supporting both existing and new customers.

About the Role As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our brand out on the road, working hands-on to keep our customers’ machines and operations running smoothly. No two days are the same. You’ll visit different sites, tackle a wide range of hydraulic and industrial hose challenges, and build great relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to customer breakdowns and service requests
• Manufacture, replace, and fit hydraulic hoses and related components on-site and test equipment where required
• Diagnose hydraulic faults and provide practical, safe and effective solutions
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently provide customer advice
• Keep on top of all job administration using our mobile IT systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support every time
• Maintain your service vehicle, equipment, tools, and stock levels to a high standard
• Follow all health, safety, and quality standards and procedures

About You We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being hands-on, and loves solving problems out in the field. You’ll have a practical mindset, great communication skills, and a genuine focus on customer service.

Essential:

• Full New Zealand driver’s licence
• Mechanical or engineering background (hydraulics experience an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
• Confident communicator who can build rapport with customers
• Able to work independently and manage your workload
• After hours call out roster prerequisite
• Legal right to work in New Zealand (overseas applicants not accepted)

Training will be provided, including product knowledge, safety procedures, and service standards – so you will have the tools and support to succeed.
