Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for Lead Installers. You will be focusing on installation and delivery of all Atkore products and projects..

What you’ll do:

• Follows specific safe systems of work including processes, procedures and policies.
• Maintain specific safety certifications including but not limited to site safe and EWP certifications as requested.
• Discuss any better or more profitable methods or ideas with the Lead Installer.
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. What you’ll bring:
• At least 2 years prior experience in a similar installation role, preferably (but not essentially) in the electrical contracting industry.
• Ability to understand and read plans.
• Ability to work unsupervised from time to time. Within 3 months, you’ll:
• Complete your Atkore immersion program.
• Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore’s strategy.
• Gain an understanding of the installation process and projects. Within 6-months, you’ll:
• Have a better understanding of the wholesale market in your region
• Built relationships with various customers
• Have a solid understanding of the sales process Within 12-months, you’ll:
• Manage Installation projects
• Ability to work autonomously
• Read plans and make effective decisions regarding projects
