Description
We have several roles available at present. If you are looking for secure long-term employment please do apply. We are a family owned NZ Company with 50 staff. Our clients are large multi-nationals in the Food Manufacturing area.
Position includes the following responsibilities:
- Water Blasting
- Bird Proofing
- Building Maintenance
- Line Marking
- Sanding and Preparation
- Steel work (clean / paint)
- Painting
You must have
- Previous experience in a trade, trade assistant or apprentice experience.
- A can-do attitude and be willing to learn.
- A current full NZ Driver License
Multiple NZQA Safety unit standards required, and you will be trained in the following:
- Hazard and Risk Management
- Permit Receiver
- Mobile Electric Work Platforms (scissor lifts and knuckle booms up to 42m)
- Height Safety Advanced
- Confined Space and Gas Detection
With the work we specialise in, WEEKEND WORK IS REQUIRED (SATURDAY & SUNDAY). YOU WILL HAVE A ROSTERED DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK.
Pre-deployment and random drug testing are mandatory, we are a drug free employer due to our strict Health and Safety policies.
