You’ll focus on our customers; you’ll be self-motivated, inspire and mentor our team of service technicians. You will need:

• Excellence in diagnostics and have a sound understanding ofelectronics and hydraulics.
• A proven background in agricultural machinery or constructionmachinery
• Good communication skills to liaise with people at all levels.
• To understand and manage customer expectations.
• A good level of physical fitness, and the ability to workindependently. Responsibilities

Reporting to our Service Manager, this is a permanent full-time role.This role would be based in the Blenheim area, reporting remotely into ourCanterbury branch. You will partner with the Service Manager to:

• Take sole charge of the day-to-day activities, ensuring work isassigned and completed in a timely manner.
• Coach and mentor our growing service team.
• Develop, communicate and monitor process and workflow withinthe service department.
• Ensure our customers receive excellent communication andoutcomes to support their business.
