Locksmith for Hawkes Bay

We are Baylock Locksmiths trading under The Lock & Alarm Centre Ltd.

Our busy team cover all of the Hawkes Bay from Wairoa to Dannevirke. Due to staff transfers and increasing work load we are looking for, preferably a experienced locksmith, or a suitable tradie looking to up skill into the interesting world of locksmithery. A new team member who is able to work as a mobile locksmith tech, in 1 of our service vehicles and Napier workshop.

Our scope of work covers, all commercial and residential lock and key types for, doors, windows, digital locks, safes. *The opening of locks, installation of locks, making keys to locks when originals are lost, all repairs and maintenance. *Automotive remote and proximity key programming and key cutting for older and modern cars *A clean criminal record is required for many of our clients, a Dept of Justice check will be required to work on some locations/sites. *Awareness and active practicing of health and safety procedures will be required for all work *Experience in working with the retail public is essential, we have a diverse client base spread throughout the population.

All applicants must New Zealand citizens or hold a current work visa, we are not able to sponsor overseas workers into the country.

Skills or and aptitude in working with hand and battery power tools is a requirement. Full New Zealand drives license is also required.

We are a small and friendly team who have a safe and fun working environment. Good quality key cutting machinery, key and remote programmers are in our well setup workshop and vehicles.
