An exciting new opportunity has been created for a National Parts and Service Advisor to support and grow CablePrice’s national parts and service offering. This high profile role focuses on delivering consistent, customer focused parts and service solutions across our nationwide network while supporting key customers, branches, and internal stakeholders.
Essentially a roving Parts and Service advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting branches where workload necessitates additional resource. Ideally this role would be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, however any of our branch locations will be considered for the right candidate. The role will require regular travel throughout our network.
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with strong technical understanding, a solutions focused mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional aftersales support.
You will have:
· Proven experience in parts and service within the heavy vehicle, construction, forestry, or machinery industries.
· Strong technical knowledge of parts and service operations.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships.
· Experience supporting large or national customers across multiple locations.
· The ability to analyse parts and service data and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
· A strong understanding of service workflows, productivity, and parts supply processes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Confidence working with internal teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
· High levels of organisation, initiative, and attention to detail.
· The ability to travel nationally on a regular basis.
· Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP and reporting systems.
· Experience with Microsoft D365 would be advantageous
