Class 4 Hookbin Driver - 8 Wheeler
Hazara Metal – Auckland Based
Hazara Metal is an industrial metal processing and recycling facility. We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Class 4 Driver to operate our 8-wheeler Hookbin truck.
This is a permanent, full-time position for a driver who takes pride in their work and knows their way around a hookbin system.
The Role
Operate an 8-wheeler Hookbin truck safely and efficiently.
Deliver empty bins and pick up full bins from various customer sites.
Transport loads to our main facility or designated scrap metal yards across Auckland.
Ensure all loads are safely secured and weights are within legal limits.
Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition.
What we are looking for
A clean NZ Class 4 Licence.
Experience with Hookbin/Roll-on-Roll-off systems is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Auckland road network and industrial areas.
A solid work ethic and a reliable, "get-it-done" attitude.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the dispatch team and customers.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
