About the Role We're seeking a skilled Class 4 HIAB Driver for a new opportunity starting next year. You'll transport imported specialist stone to sites nationwide and support warehousing operations, including loading, unloading, devanning, and general site tasks. Care, precision, and strong transferable skills are essential.
Duties · Operate a Class 4 truck with HIAB/loader crane to deliver imported stone to construction sites · Safely load, unload, and devan freight · Assist with general warehouse duties · Maintain vehicles, equipment, and documentation · Complete regional, long-haul, and away-from-home trips (typically 1-2 times per month)
Skills & Experience · Class 4 NZ driver licence · HIAB or truck loader crane qualification · 5+ years' relevant truck driving experience · Warehousing and devanning experience · Strong safety awareness and freight-handling skills
Requirements · Current Unit Standard 16617 - Use a truck loader crane · Current Unit Standard 30072 - Sling regular loads safely · Full, clean Class 4 licence · Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
