About the role:

Night shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate unloading operations within a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment. They will ensure goods are unloaded safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures and productivity targets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the unloading team to meet daily operational targets
• Ensure all goods are unloaded accurately and safely
• Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy
• Perform daily "no load" tasks
• Monitor productivity and maintain workflow efficiency
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Allocate tasks and manage staff performance on shift
• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
• Report damages, discrepancies, and operational issues promptly

What We Offer:

• Full Time Position with the hours worked between 8:00pm to 5:30am/7:00am or until linehaul has been unloaded based in Hamilton.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of unloading procedures and manual handling practices
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting where required
