Delivery and Logistics Operator

We’re looking for a motivated Delivery and Logistics Operator to join our busy, energetic, and close-knit team. Help keep the freshest, locally grown fruit and veggies moving from our farm straight to our stores!

If you love early starts, variety, and being part of a supportive, fun crew, this could be your perfect role.

The Role:

• 3-day week (Sunday–Tuesday), 24–30 hours

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Transporting fresh produce crates between our farm, packing sheds, and Appleby & Nelson stores
• Packing, delivering, and unloading produce with care and accuracy
• Using our systems to receive, transfer, and finalise orders
• Helping with logistics across the business – a true all-rounder role!
• Keeping the yard safe, tidy, and organised

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Class 2 licence + forklift licence with F endorsement
• Machinery experience (diggers, excavators, etc.) is a bonus
• Early riser – starts between 4:30–5am depending on season
• Happy to work longer days (up to 10 hours) during busy times
• Team player with a sharp eye for quality and a positive attitude
