Are you an experienced Loader Operator looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a skilled operator to join a busy team based in Papakura, working in a fast-paced environment where safety, efficiency, and reliability are key. This is a role for someone who knows their way around a loader and can hit the ground running. If you have experience in a concrete plant, quarry, or similar bulk materials environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Location: Papakura, South Auckland Start date: Immediate Start Pay rate: $32.00–$35.00 per hour (depending on experience) | Weekly Pay

The Role You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently while supporting production requirements. This is a hands-on position suited to an operator who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a loader to move and manage aggregate and raw materials
• Loading trucks and maintaining stockpiles
• Feeding plant equipment and supporting production operations
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting maintenance requirements
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous loader operating experience in a concrete plant or quarry environment is essential
• Proven ability to operate loaders safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of stockpile and material management
• Good awareness of health and safety requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude
• Relevant endorsements and operator competency highly regarded
