We're seeking a motivated Class 2 Civil Driver to join a busy crew supporting civil works across the Auckland region and beyond. This is a hands-on position that combines driving with outdoor physical work. We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, willing to get involved on the ground, and interested in building a long-term career within the civil industry.

Civil construction experience is advantageous, but attitude and willingness to develop are just as important.

Location: Papakura & Drury, South Auckland Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $30.00–$32.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

The Role You'll be supporting civil works projects as part of an experienced crew. This role involves operating Class 2 vehicles, assisting with site activities, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects both locally and away from home when required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating Class 2 vehicles to support civil construction projects
• Transporting materials, equipment, and tools between sites
• Assisting crews with outdoor manual work and site operations
• Supporting day-to-day civil construction activities
• Maintaining high health and safety standards on-site

What We're Looking For

• Full Class 2 Manual Licence and confidence driving manual transmission vehicles (required)
• Willingness to progress through additional licence classes and endorsements
• Comfortable with outdoor physical work and getting involved on the ground
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Civil construction experience advantageous
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
