Night Shift Admin and Warehousing Role

About the RoleAs the Nightshift Warehouse & Administration Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring nightly orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll manage picks, invoices, dispatch paperwork, and key communication between shifts — while also jumping in to support picking and loading when needed.

You will be working along side our supervisors to ensure the right product gets to the right customer, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities * Prepare and organise nightly pick and dispatch paperwork

• Check orders for accuracy, manage substitutions, and process out‑of‑stocks
• Record nightly picking/loading activity
• Communicate key updates to the dayshift team
• Assist with picking and loading when required
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety procedures

About YouWe're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with both admin duties and physical warehouse work
• Fluid with Microsoft programs and the ability to learn new ones
• A confident communicator across multiple departments
• Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in warehousing, logistics, or administration is an advantage — but full training will be provided for the right person.
