Description
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on inwards goods / warehouse person to join our supply chain team. This role is key to ensuring parts and materials are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and on time - supporting our production and service operations.
About the Role: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including inwards goods, parts picking, dispatch, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Inwards Goods & Dispatch
- Receive, pick, pack, and prepare goods for courier dispatch
- Ensure goods are packaged correctly to prevent damage
- Complete dispatch and courier documentation accurately
Parts Picking & Technician Support
- Pick and prepare parts for technician jobs using picking lists
- Ensure parts are accurate, complete, and ready on time
- Work closely with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams
Pick-ups, Drop-offs & Supplier Coordination
- Carry out local pick-ups and drop-offs as required
- Coordinate urgent or special collections with suppliers
- Assist with faulty parts returns, including documentation
Warehouse Organization & Safety
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized warehouse
- Assist with stock organization and storage optimization
- Follow all health & safety procedures, including safe forklift operation
About You / Essential Requirements:
- Full NZ Driver License
- Current forklift license (OSH or F endorsement)
- Previous warehouse or service-related experience
- Basic computer skills for stock recording and picking lists

- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Physically fit for warehouse and lifting duties
- Offering $25-28 dependent on experience
