Delivery & Installation Team Member – Tauranga

Van Dyk Beds R Us Tauranga is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Delivery & Installation Team Member to join our Tauranga team.

This role is primarily focused on delivering beds and furniture across the Bay Of Plenty, with occasional runs into the Waikato. You’ll be part of a two-person team responsible not just for delivery, but for full installation and setup in our customers’ homes. Our competitive edge is service, so attention to detail and care for customers is non-negotiable.

The role also includes general warehouse duties across our warehouse facilities as required.

Key Responsibilities -Complete deliveries accurately and on time -Install and set up beds and furniture to a high standard -Handle all products with care to ensure damage-free delivery -Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented delivery vehicle -Communicate clearly and proactively with the store team -Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every home -Maintain accurate delivery records -Assist with warehouse duties when required
