Robert Monk Transport Ltd has a position available for a Warehouse Storeman and backup driver based in Mt Maunganui.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning when needed. You will work within our small-knit team to load/unload trucks, keep the warehouse in a clean and tidy order and provide assistance where needed.
To be successful in this role you will be a team player, demonstrate professionalism to customers and staff and have health and safety at the forefront always.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with relevant staff members to develop/implement plan for in & out bound freight.
- Load & unload freight safety
- Container Devanning
- Participate in all safety procedures
- Be physically fit to meet the demands of this position.
- Supporting management and team members
- Competent forklift skills & operate all company vehicles/machines in a safe manner
Skills & Experiences:
- Proven knowledge of warehousing, storage & distribution
- Dangerous goods licence preferable
- Current forklift licence preferable
- Class 2 Licence
