We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established local manufacturing business based in Addington.
About the Job
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for dispatch, inwards goods, internal distribution, inventory accuracy, workflow coordination, and maintaining high warehouse standards. You’ll supervise one direct report, work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and take real ownership of warehouse performance and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, coordinate, and oversee accurate and timely dispatch of all outwards good
- Ensure accurate and timely freight bookings and documentation when required
- Receive, check, and process all inwards goods
- Record stock movements accurately in Fishbowl system
- Support cycle counts, stocktakes, and discrepancy investigations
- Supervise and support one warehouse team member
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
- Distribute goods to internal teams promptly
- Assist customers onsite with collections and product queries
Skills & Attributes
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing, dispatch, logistics, or a similar hands-on environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control
- Confidence using inventory or ERP systems
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail with pride in accuracy and presentation
- Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
Job Requirements
- Class 1 licence with F endorsement
- OSH certificate
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
