Description
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Warehouse & Purchasing Manager oversee our day to day warehouse operations and procurement activities. This part time role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership, and has strong systems and stock management experience. You will be responsible for ensuring stock is accurately controlled, orders are placed on time, and the warehouse runs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stocktake. Manage purchasing and supplier ordering to meet operational demand. Monitor stock usage and forecast requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking. Lisa with suppliers regarding availability, and delivery schedules. Ensure warehouse health and safety standards are followed. Maintain clean, organised and efficient warehouse systems. Coordinate with internal team members to support operational requirements.
About you:
Warehouse and purchasing experience a plus Organised with good time managements skills Punctual and professional Confident and a good communicator Forklift licence proffered but not essential
