Payment Instructions

An email will be sent automatically after the auction closes with payment details and instructions. Please ensure that you include the auction number with your payment so we can identify your deposit quickly.

Bank deposit/Internet banking Credit Card (via PayNow)

GST Invoice

We are a GST registered company, and a GST invoice will be provided on request.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch your purchases on the same or next working day when possible. Shipping times are generally between 1-5 working days but depending on where you are located it may take longer. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your item once your order has been dispatched.

We encourage feedback on your trade. If you have any problems regarding your purchase please contact us prior to posting feedback. Our goal is to resolve problems and provide solutions and we will do our best to resolve all issues until our customer feels fully taken care of.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Warranty

We will fulfil all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Unless otherwise stated, all our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event a fault should occur with a product, it will need to be returned to us for assessment as soon as any defect is discovered. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. General wear and tear, incorrect use or installation, modification, impact or any other damage will not be covered under the warranty. We will replace or repair the item where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Under no circumstances will we disclose customer details to third parties. All information supplied to us is considered private and confidential.
